As We Approach the Year-End

As the year winds down, we find ourselves with time to reflect. I believe this is a necessary process for us all. This is the perfect time to take inventory of our lives and set forth achievable goals for the New Year. It’s a time to gain insight into possibilities for your future. It’s a time for transition. A time when we are reminded of what’s most important in our life, past, present and upcoming. It’s also a time to reflect, remember and honor those who have touched our lives ~ those who are here ~ and those who have passed on. With all of this reflection, gift yourself time, space and freedom to contemplate. Be gentle with yourself.

So many questions to ask…find your answers… You may be surprised:

  • Did I achieve my set goals for this year?
  • What were the most challenging things I experienced? Were there any unexpected obstacles?
  • What was my biggest time waster?
  • Was there growth in my professional life?
  • Do I feel physically and emotionally healthy?
  • What was the best thing that happened to me?
  • What was the greatest lesson learned?
  • Am I happy and fulfilled?
  • Have I ordered my copy of ~ Fifty-Two Weeks of Clarity? (lol)

After answering these questions of yourself ~ ponder ~ and take this brief moment to look back,  and remember. Remember and learn what lessons can be applied to this year ahead. Look back not to dwell, but to reflect so that you can see ahead with clarity.

Sit quietly and hear your inner voice. Visualize, appreciate, and celebrate “you.” Then ask ~ “What would I like to see this coming year look like?”  Ponder ~

Set forth short term goals for yourself, that are achievable. Set and intention and let it guide you in all areas of your life. When you do this ~ it encourages creativity and allows you to have visionary control over your life, with direction.  As you integrate intent into your daily life, you begin to feel satisfied and fulfilled. Take the time to explore different opportunities and know that this process takes discipline and commitment.

I hope this coming year will bring you bliss ~ with an abundance of clarity and sweet blessings ~

Live with intent. Live each day ~ deliberately ~ and on purpose ~

Live ~ and be alive in your life.
