Intent – “Determined to do something.” What a fabulous way to live. Do you know who you are and what you want out of life? When you live your life with intention, you create and manifest your reality. Living with intent is a state of being and it creates purpose. It’s a form of “being” that helps you to create the action.
So you may ask where does this “intention” come from or how do I get it? You start by calming yourself and finding your center. You listen to your inner voice and trust what you hear. Once you have defined your intention or intentions, you take ownership. It’s yours and yours alone. Can you see it? Now decide how this will connect with other elements in your life. Visualize how it will enrich your life. Let go of any negative thoughts that may hold you back from taking action. Let your energy flow where your attention goes. This is called living deliberately and with purpose. It’s your personal aspirations that can shape your life and create your destiny.
Creating an intention and letting it guide you, helps in many areas of your life. It encourages creativity and allows you to have visionary control over your life…with direction. As you integrate intent into your daily life, you begin to feel satisfied and fulfilled. Take the time to explore different opportunities.
Be gentle with yourself. This process takes discipline and commitment. Life is made up of a series of choices. Your choices. Know your values, your strengths, and your passions. Let go of expectations and be open to change. Be mindful, yet curious. Develop content for your life, and commit. It’s your life to live. Why waste precious days away stumbling through, or wandering aimlessly? Know what inspires you.
Don’t just exist. Make it part of your daily routine, to start each day with a deliberate intention. Don’t surrender to limitations. Your visions, your success, and your happiness is all within your intent.
