Letting Go of Struggle

The human race as we all know it, has always endured struggling. But what is the thought or mindset behind struggling? Are the unpleasant emotions or thoughts we hold inside real or true? To struggle is to fight against what is… what was… or what will be. Our thoughts manufacture something in our heads which most often comes from “fear” or “ego”. The truth to what is; lies in front of your eyes and in front of your thoughts. When you hold back and don’t address the situation, it puts you into a “struggle state of being”; fighting against yourself. Your thoughts, although they may be unpleasant, can allow you to control and separate an entire experience from “what is” to “what is not “or “what was” to “what will be”.

What brings you to struggle? Your thoughts most often take you there. It’s your thoughts that create the drama and bring anxiety into force. That’s when you can find yourself in a struggling situation. You can find yourself wallowing in self-pity. Your perception of your negative thoughts becomes your reality.

When you find yourself struggling with something, ask yourself “Is this a struggle or something difficult?” Know that there is a difference between a difficult situation and struggling. If it’s a struggle then take a step back and find a moment of stillness to calm your mind so you can try to identify what it is you are struggling with. Break it down. You may be able to take a different approach to the situation. You may be able to see things from a different perspective. Stepping back will allow you to process what’s really going on with your emotions. It’s not always easy just to “let it go” so you may try redirecting your thoughts. Don’t let the situation get the best of you. Try to see what’s happening right now in the moment. When you step back, you may see what’s already there. The answer to your struggles…. Bringing them to an end and realizing there is no need to struggle at all.

Transformation comes through awareness. As your struggles dissolve your awareness becomes more vast and vivid. It changes how you handle life challenges. You can look back and dissect a situation; as it can be an incredible learning experience. Whatever you focus on is what you attract into the experience.

So when you let go of struggle, all the elements that have been created in your mind, seem to shift. Your focus changes and the way you see things change. Your entire thought process changes, therefore allowing you to meet the challenges face on as they arrive. When you are feeling inspired and energized, you can take on most any task. That’s not to say that there won’t be difficult times, but you will be able to sort through each challenge with clarity.

Get in touch with your emotions. Figure out what it is that inspires and energizes you. What is it that moves and excites your emotions? Approach life from that beautiful place inside your mind.

“Change your brain simply by how you think. Living by the same emotions everyday changes nothing. Your mind is the map to your future”

    “No thought. No problem.”

It’s always my unquestioned thoughts that are putting me in hell.

It’s part of life that we all endure some type of struggles or difficulties. But we do have the ability to navigate through it, by being more aware of our thoughts and how we process them.

      Warmest Regards,
      Jill
