Listen To The Internal Calling From Your Heart

We all have an internal calling. Something that tugs or speaks to us from deep within our heart. Whether you listen to someone else speak or you are listening to your own internal self, there is truly an art to listening. You must always quiet your mind in order to really hear.

Most of the time, when others speak, you hear their words. But when listening to your own self, you can methodically listen and feel at the same time. How often do you listen to what your heart is telling you? Your heart can reveal so much and at the same time, it allows you to tap into your internal calling. Only by listening can you seek the essence of your life. Only then will you know what lies in the bottom of your heart.

With that knowledge, your options are endless. You become emboldened. Acknowledge what you hear. Say it out loud! If you like what you hear, then allow it to become your passion. Allow it to become your purpose for how you live your life. On the other hand, if you do not like what you hear, you have options. You and only you have the ability to make changes in your life. Seek that which gives you purpose and will allow you to live your life with a happy heart. Listen to that which calls from within.

      Dear Sher,
So often there seems to be something tugging at our heart. Something we need to address and changes that need to be made. The only way to truly hear, is to quiet our minds and listen. That is not always an easy thing to do, I agree. However… (and I’m sure you knew there was a “however”) you do have the ability to be quiet and still enough to really hear what your heart is telling you. Sometimes we just need someone to help us learn how to listen. You have options, you just need to exercise them.

Thank you so much for reading this weekly post, I look forward to hearing from you..

      Warmest Regards,
      Jill

OK, that’s a start.. good job Sher. I look forward to working with you, together we can find that “starting” place.. and move forward from there. You can do it! Those changes are all within your reach, and it’s all up to you!
