The Holiday Spirit

The holidays are a very special time of year. It’s not only a time for festivities, but it’s also a time to reflect. It can serve as a reminder that your life…is a life worth living. The holiday season seems to make us feel “warm and fuzzy” inside. We tend to show the soft, genuine and humbling side of our personalities, which helps to lift the spirits of others.

Depending on your beliefs, there is no right or wrong way to celebrate. The holiday season belongs to you. It’s a time to put your worries on pause. Yes “pause” and take the time to breathe… and feel. Draw awareness to all that is around you. Feel your emotions… all of them. Give yourself time to feel grief, sadness, loss, or disappointment, so you can let go of the past and make room for new beginnings.

Try to eliminate unnecessary stress and embrace even the smallest moments, as they can become your most cherished memories. Allow yourself to see and enjoy happiness and bliss.

So in short, always with gratitude…live more…laugh more… and most importantly…love more. The holiday spirit is all about how your choose it to be.

“Sweet Blessing to you all ~ May you enjoy a beautiful holiday season.”
