Your Peace, Your Bliss

Bliss is a state of being. It’s not a place or a destination. It’s an overwhelming awareness of peace, joy and well-being. It’s your inner connection to everyone and everything that you love. I suppose you could say that it’s a magnified, deep internal feeling of happiness and joy. It resides in each and every one of us, waiting to be claimed. Bliss is your sacred place; a beautiful blend of harmony and balance that nourishes your heart and soul.

To find this state of bliss, you must follow what inspires you and honor the process. Let it come from your authentic self and without judgment. It’s often your inner critic that holds you back. Worry, discontentment, stress also play a blocking role. Be aware and alert to whatever robs your peace of mind.

Living in a world of confusion and havoc, you may wonder how you will ever obtain this peaceful state of bliss. It can be attained through imagery, visualization, and manifestation. Ground yourself, gaze within and feel your energy. Let the negative emotions and illusions melt away. Restrain your turbulent mind, that which may rob you from finding bliss. Set your intentions, manifest your desires and focus on your passion. Know what you want and listen to the whispers of your inner voice. Let it guide you. See it, feel it, breathe it, and live it. It’s all there within, embrace the flow. Your life choices can contribute to this beautiful state of being.

When you have peace in your heart, you have peace in your life. Peace is a healthy state of being, and will bring you bliss. Bliss brings you fulfillment and contentment.
