Have you ever sat down and thought about special moments in time you may have missed because you were rushing around, or you didn’t pace yourself? I bet there were many. Or perhaps the day seemed to fly by, and everything was just a blur?
Never underestimate the influence of random acts of kindness and how it touches the lives of others. Yes, you can make a difference in someone’s entire day. Wishing someone good cheer, or simply smiling; not only can warm a heart, but the overtone becomes contagious.
Do you feel that your world can use some decluttering? I think that is something we all can honestly admit to. Our home, our work space, and even our calendars. I use the word “we” because I am right there with you!
Your vibration is simply your overall state of being, aka your energy. Your being is composed of different vibrations. Your thoughts, your emotions, your physical and mental frequencies vibrate at different levels and everything in the Universe is made up of these energies.

Daydreaming is a fountain of thoughts streaming into a state of consciousness. Yes, even though your mind wanders; it’s a place where you can enter your own internal world. Daydreaming allows you to visualize and go to a place you want to be.
