As We Approach the Year-End
As the year winds down, we find ourselves with time to reflect. I believe this is a necessary process for us all. This is the perfect time to take inventory of our lives and set forth achievable goals for the New Year.

For me, I would say this is a most humbling time of year. As the year is winding down, we make time to spend with those we love most. It’s a time for sharing. A time to express gratitude, for all that we have and all that we are.
Karma, we all have the tendency to think that it’s “payback” for an act that somehow, we will be punished for. We are taught to believe that everyone “gets theirs,” sooner or later, prompting us to be mindful of our behavior and the choices we make in life.
Our emotions are not just a simple matter of the heart. On the contrary ~ they are quite complex. Some people are very quick to show their emotions, the ones that are at the surface. Negative emotions may include ~ but not limited to:
Here are some positive emotions, also readily available to surface ~ such as:
Again, these are just a few emotions that are most often easy to surface.
There are times when we find ourselves with no one around, just sitting quietly. Ahhhh…for me ~ I relish and embrace that quiet time, due to such a hectic schedule. Then there are those who may find themselves board, tapping their feet, looking for something to do.
As we soon approach Fall or Autumn, we can feel the crispness in the air, and we see the leaves begin to change colors. Soon they will start to fall away from the branches. The summer fruits and vegetables that we have enjoyed are no longer available to us.
Most of us live our lives day to day as if our journey is already mapped out for us. We wake up, get ourselves ready for work, and away we go. We have our daily routine and obligations and rarely divert from that path.
It’s ever so often I hear people say “I just want to be happy.” Do you ever have those thoughts? Have you ever identified what “happy” is for you? Do you find yourself sitting around, just waiting for it to come to you, or do you go out and look for it?
When you change the way you look life, when you change your thinking patterns, you begin to change life as you live it. It’s all about clarity.
We live in a world with chaos and turmoil that often affects our daily existence.
A shift in your attitude can change your entire life. It can alter the outcome of a situation, by allowing you to navigate around or through obstacles, even bringing new opportunities. It allows you to change directions so that you can achieve better results by using a new approach.
